About this site
This site is a catalogue of a personal numismatic collection kept by numisbob.com. It is a showcase and a reference. There is no shop and no checkout — nothing can be bought on the site itself.
Who you are dealing with
This site is run by numisbob.com as a private collector, not as a registered dealership. Items are occasionally sold to other collectors, but sales are arranged privately and away from this site.

Accounts
You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
One account per person. Do not share your login or use it to give others access to member-only content.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used to scrape the site, or is used abusively.
Member-only content
Some collection entries and articles are visible only to registered members. Access is a courtesy, not a paid entitlement — we may change what is gated, or withdraw content, at any time.
Enquiries and purchases
Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. Any actual sale is agreed separately with us — usually over WhatsApp or email — and no contract exists until we have confirmed the sale to you directly.
Because sales are agreed individually, we will confirm the following to you in writing before you commit to a purchase, and those confirmed terms govern the sale:
The full price payable, stating separately any tax and any delivery or insurance charge.
The accepted methods of payment.
The estimated delivery or collection time.
Whether the item can be returned, the period for doing so, and who bears the cost of return.
Any authenticity guarantee or grading certification that applies.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or the Sale of Goods Act 1957, to the extent those Acts apply to the sale.
Accuracy of descriptions
Descriptions, grades, attributions, dates, and valuations are given in good faith and reflect our own opinion or that of the grading service named. Grading is subjective and market values move. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and may not exactly match how an item appears in hand. Please satisfy yourself about any item before agreeing to buy it.
Our content
The photographs, descriptions, and articles on this site are our property and are protected by copyright. You may view them and share links to pages. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our photographs or written descriptions — including for listings on marketplaces, price guides, or AI training datasets — without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or its images.
Do not attempt to bypass the login or access member-only content without an account.
Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the site or its infrastructure.
Do not submit false, unlawful, or abusive content through the contact form.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on any description or valuation shown here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for the implied guarantees that apply to consumer transactions under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory law that would otherwise apply to you.
